This was spotted in the University of South Florida parking lot by Jeff B. Yes, that’s a tiny front license plate. And yes, it does say Dr. Dre.

    Very nice cars, but there is a few that need a little help! Its amazing how these little ricers can be tuned up to smoke a V8 any day of the year! :) Rice on baby, we got haters looking at us! AS U CAN SEE
