This civic, spotted by a fan in Sheboygan, WI, looks absolutely ridiculous. I don’t think the owner realized that after spending all that money ricing up his car, he’d still have a Honda Civic… He could have spent that extra money on a nicer car but no, he’d rather weigh his grocery getter down with a giant useless spoiler and body kit.
