First off today, we have a Dodge Neon that is rice-in-the-making, found again over in Tampa, Florida. It even has some crisp damage, dual-tip muffler (!!!!) and a Dodge decal to remind the driver who manufactured it.

Secondly, I don’t even know what this is. This was snapped in the mall parking lot of Vero Beach, FL. At first look, I thought “civic? Accord.. wait, what. What is that?” It has a pretty BROWN streak across the sides on top of some nasty orange-sherbet paint. Ooh, a nice body kit and dual exhaust. Check out the shaved door handles and molded spoiler.
